  • Appointment scheduling is based solely on availability and input provided.

3. Privacy & Data Protection

  • AI interactions are limited to administrative data (appointment booking, reminders, rescheduling).

  • The system does not request or process sensitive medical information (diagnoses, prescriptions, health records).

  • All communications are protected using end-to-end encryption and stored securely on AWS HIPAA/GDPR-compliant servers.

4. Accountability

  • Brainox Tech remains fully responsible for the behavior and outputs of our AI Agent.

  • Healthcare providers are responsible for clinical decisions; our AI is an administrative tool only.

  • Any misuse of the AI system (e.g., for marketing, spamming, or unauthorized medical advice) is strictly prohibited under our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

5. Human Oversight

  • The AI Agent is designed to assist, not replace, hospital staff.

  • Patients always retain the ability to contact human representatives for clarification or escalations.
