5. Data Retention & Deletion

  • For Agency services: we retain advertising data only as long as necessary to provide reporting and compliance.
  • For Healthcare SaaS: patient data is stored for the duration of the hospital/clinic’s subscription and can be deleted upon request.

6. Use of Meta & WhatsApp Data

  • We access and process Meta Ads data only for campaign management on behalf of our Agency clients.
  • We use WhatsApp Cloud API to send and receive messages for appointment booking, rescheduling, and reminders.
  • We do not use Meta/WhatsApp data for any unauthorized purposes such as profiling, reselling, or unrelated marketing.
  • We comply fully with Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
