At Brainox Tech, we value our customers and strive to provide a seamless experience across our services, including our Healthcare SaaS platform (AI Appointment Booking Agent) and other subscription-based solutions. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how clients can cancel subscriptions and request refunds.


1. Subscription Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel their SaaS subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@brainoxtech.com or through their account dashboard (if available).
  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle (monthly or annual, depending on the chosen plan).
  • After cancellation, customers will continue to have access to the service until the billing cycle ends.


2. Refund Policy

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. Customers may cancel at any time to avoid charges for the next month.
  • Annual Subscriptions: Refunds for annual subscriptions may be requested within the first 14 days of purchase. After this period, payments are non-refundable.
  • Service Issues: If there is a verified technical issue that prevents use of the SaaS platform and cannot be resolved by our support team, partial or full refunds may be issued at our discretion.
  • Agency Services: Since Agency services (e.g., Meta Ads Management) are billed according to contracts, refunds are not applicable unless stated otherwise in the client agreement.


3. No Refunds For

  • Change of mind or unused services.
  • Misuse of the SaaS platform or violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Third-party issues outside of our control (e.g., Meta, WhatsApp Cloud API, AWS outages).


4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, clients must:

  1. Contact us via hello@brainoxtech.com with their account details and reason for refund.
  2. Refund requests will be reviewed within 7–10 business days.
  3. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.


5. Policy Updates

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
